WORLD TRADE CENTER UTILITY RESTORATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIR CAT TWO APPLICATION RELEASE

Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC) and Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC) are jointly administering a $750 million federal fund to assist with the restoration of lower Manhattan utility infrastructure that suffered extensive damages as a result of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. In accordance with the grant program's Partial Action Plan, LMDC and ESDC are releasing the Category Two application for Permanent Restoration and Infrastructure Repair.
