Planning, Design and Development Comments Section

In early 2002, the LMDC embarked on a multi-phase planning process for the World Trade Center site and adjacent areas. Since that time, we have solicited feedback on the rebuilding of the site, the planning for surrounding Lower Manhattan neighborhoods, and other key planning elements such as transportation and infrastructure. The public feedback has, and will continue to, shape the planning process as we move forward. Please provide us with your comments below.

LMDC is now accepting comments on proposed Amendments to Partial Action Plans 2, 7, as well as on the proposed Final Action Plan. The amendments and the Final Action Plan were released on March 26th, 2007. The comment period ends on April 25, 2007. Copies of the proposed amendments and the Final Action Plan are available here.
